Our cottage homes are clean and equipped with
full kitchen and bath,
fireplace, TV, gas grill,
picnic table, screened porch or private lakeside
patio and lounging deck. An aluminum boat with
5HP motor is assigned to each cottage. We also
provide canoes at no charge.
Most cottages are within 65 feet of the shoreline
with gorgeous views. Our cottages are individual
units of knotty pine decor, spaced for privacy on
wooded, level, landscaped grounds with few bugs and hardly
any mosquitoes.
Fairview Lake is 200 acres in area and 75 feet
deep - no pond by any means. It is best suited
for young and old alike due to its cleanliness,
hard white sand bottom & gradual drop at our
shoreline.
A Fisherman's Dream - our natural, deep, spring
fed lake is stocked with big brown rainbow and
palomino trout. It was written about in Outdoor
Life as being one of the Poconos' best lakes for
both small mouth and large mouth bass, in
addition to walleye, perch, pickerel and more.
Plus, there are loads of blue gill for the kids.

Use our free boat and motor, or bring your bass
boat with no motor limit.
We do not
accommodate ski boats or jet skis.
Cook any meal in your cottage (food markets are
only 3 miles away) or eat out at many restaurants
of all major cuisines.
We are a housekeeping-type of accommodation which
means, in our case, that you will arrive to a
very clean cottage, however we do not offer maid
service during your visit. We provide a full
kitchen equipped with dishes, flatware, pots and
pans, coffee maker and toaster. We provide
pillows and blankets, but our guests must bring
their own pillowcases, sheets and towels. When
our guests depart, we request the cottage to be
broom clean. We provide wood for fireplaces,
gasoline for outboard motors and life preservers.

Located
near historic and scenic
Hawley Pa., and a short drive to Stroudsburg, Milford
Scranton and Delaware
Water Gap; there are many nearby things to do (see
map). Many visit us to get
away and relax. Others choose to hike along our
beautiful nature trails, horseback ride, see
waterfalls, golf ,tennis, ski,. Visit several antique shops
, malls , craft shops ,etc. Some of the best retail and
outlet shopping anywhere is within 45 mins. . There are fun
parks, state
parks and local fairs ,and a wild animal
and petting zoo for kids and adults as well.
